  • Choose any TWO of the eight examples previously shown.
  • Now, choose how to change or develop them in any way or form. Don’t wander away too far from the original or they will be almost unrecognisable. Try to place them to play simultaneously.
  • A quick tip: Wagner often adds one or two bars at the end of the original motif and extends the themes through sequence.
